- All returns must be FREIGHT PREPAID
- Minimum 20% restocking fee or $25 within 30 days, 30-90 days restocking fees will be higher, after 90 days products are not returnable
- RA number will be supplied by email or fax typically within 2 business days
- DO NOT RETURN ANY PARTS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER. RA numbers must be written on all address labels
- Returned items are subject to inspection prior to approval
- Warranties may have additional limitation if the warranty card was not returned
- As per the warranty, claims are limited to repair or replacement at Allied Engineering’s discretion
- Freight and labour are not covered
