AAA-600 Draft Hood Size Change

This change affects the following models in both natural gas and propane.

AAA SERIES: AAA-600-N, AAA-600-P

This notice is to inform that models AAA-600 manufactured after June 11, 2016 will be provided with a 10 inch diameter draft hood.

This change was due to customer requests and, in cases of replacement of AAE-600 boilers, should make the AAA-600 boiler match with the previously installed venting system.

Replacement Part Orders for MG & SG Series Gas Boiler Pilots

This notice is to inform that changes have been made to the MG and SG Series gas boilers electronic ignition pilot assemblies (January 2013). This change affects the following models in both natural gas and propane.

MG SERIES: MG-50-E, MG-75-E, MG-100-E, MG-125-E, MG-150-E
SG SERIES: SG-135-E, SG-180-E, SG-225-E, SG-270-E, SG-315-E, SG-360-E, SG-450-E

Since the pilot bracket and hood angle has changed, replacement pilots for these models must
be ordered and replaced as an assembly including the bracket and pilot supply tubing.
When ordering a replacement pilot, please use the following descriptions:
Pilot Assembly – MG – Universal
Pilot Assembly – SG – Universal

AAE Series Commercial Gas Boilers Discontinued

This is to confirm that our AAE Series boilers will be discontinued as of December 31st, 2013 and replaced with our new 85% Energy Efficient AAA Series. The efficiency has been maximized for what can be achieved on a natural draft, atmospheric boiler before going into condensing mode while maintaining the overall proven design.

The AAA Series has the same foot print and venting as the AAE, except for the AAA600 model, which now has a 12” vent. This series is an ideal replacement for the commercial ‘A’ series, ‘AA’ series, and ‘AAE’ series of heating boilers. We are excited about the attractive new colour, optimal performance and long life durability – all at the most competitive prices.

HSE Venting Options

The HSE High Efficiency Boiler is approved for multiple venting options including Stainless Steel, CPVC, Polypropylene single wall and Concentric.

Concentric options include M&G / Duravent and Centrotherm.

AAA Commercial Boiler Unveiling

The brand new AAA Commercial Boiler has been officially unveiled and is ready for shipping.

The AAA is built on the legendary A Series platform that is known for its durability, longevity, and cost effectiveness. The AAA has a combustion efficiency of 85% and large 2″ waterways to prevent plugging and allow for large flow rates.

New Integrated Control on MG and SG Models

MG and SG boilers are using a new integrated control.

The advanced Honeywell control includes electronic spark ignition, post and thermal purge and limit rated water temperature control. Simple programming and LED display aid quick installation and is 2012 NRCAN / DOE compliant.

Please note:
Operating setpoint (SP) equals Hi-limit setpoint (HL)
Adjust (HL) to control boiler water supply temperature
HL factory set to 180°F
Electrical Cut Off (ECO) limit is set to 230°F
